Job summary

Integrated Power Services in Denver, CO is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales in the distribution and local motor and power management sectors. You will develop new customer accounts, advise on service center capabilities, and cross-sell IPS product lines to existing customers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling experience in an industrial environment.
• 4 year degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Must have at least 3 years experience operating a vehicle with a valid license.
• Able to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and cross-sell IPS product lines.
• Advise customers on service center capabilities and new services.
• Coordinate with technical specialists for proposals and modifications.
• Present proposals to customers and establish long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with management on pricing, specifications, warranties, and service adaptations.
• Monitor competition and respond to bid opportunities.
