Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in assigned territories, develop new customer accounts, and advise clients on service center capabilities. You will lead cross-selling across IPS product lines, emphasizing distribution and power management solutions.

The role requires at least 3 years of selling in an industrial environment, a technical degree, and the ability to travel ~40% to meet client needs.

Formación

• Valid driver's license and 3+ years driving experience.
• Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
• Understanding of rotating electrical AC/DC machines.
• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 3+ years of selling experience in an industrial setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customer accounts with the business development team.
• Advise customers on service center capabilities and new services.
• Cross-sell IPS product lines, focusing on distribution and power management.
• Coordinate proposals with technical specialists.
• Present proposals and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Consult management on pricing, specs, warranties, and service adaptations.
• Maintain knowledge of competition and bid situations.
