Marvin seeks a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, analyze, implement, and manage incentive compensation programs across base pay, merit, incentives, and equity. You will partner with leaders to ensure accurate calculations, clear communication, and timely cycle execution.

The role requires strong data analytics, Excel, and Power BI skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Relocation benefits are available for Warroad, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs including base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
• Lead special projects related to incentive planning and act as subject matter expert.
• Oversee incentive planning cycles from modeling to post‑cycle analysis and communications.
