Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to manage and support incentive compensation programs. This hands-on role covers modeling, planning, calculations, award letters, and governance across base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.

You will partner with leadership on hiring and promotion changes, develop training, and drive efficiency in incentive processes. Relocation benefits may be available for candidates moving to Warroad, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of compensation analysis experience.
• Experience with incentive/compensation programs, analytics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support incentive compensation programs for base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
• Model, plan, calculate, award letters, and analyze incentive cycles end-to-end.
• Develop communications and training on incentive policies and processes.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, transfers, and location changes.
• Perform audits and analyses to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.
• Provide cost modeling and reporting to Finance on incentive plan performance.
