Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst in Warroad, MN to manage and support incentive compensation programs. You will analyze, design, implement, and administer plans to attract and retain talent, including base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.

You will lead cycles from modeling through communications, partner with leadership, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Relocation benefits apply for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong data analytics, HR software, Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish, including modeling, planning, calculations, and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track new hires, promotions, transfers, location changes for accurate incentive calculations.
• Perform audits and analyses to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Develop cost modeling estimates and provide incentive plan performance reporting.
