Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to lead analysis, design, and administration of incentive compensation programs. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating compensation initiatives to attract and retain key talent.

The position emphasizes collaboration with leadership, governance, and analytics teams, including reporting and cost modeling for finance. Relocation benefits may be available for Warroad, MN based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, development, implementation and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as SME on incentive planning projects.
• Oversee incentive planning cycles including modeling, calculations, and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training on incentive programs and processes.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience.
