Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to hands-on manage incentive compensation programs, including planning, modeling, and communications. The role requires collaboration with leadership and finance to ensure accurate, compliant and competitive compensation outcomes.

The position emphasizes analytics, training, and process improvements, with relocation assistance for candidates considering Warroad, MN relocation. A strong background in Excel and Power BI is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation and administration of incentive compensation programs (base pay, merit, incentives, equity).
• Act as SME on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish (modeling, planning, calculations, award letters, accounting projections, communications, post-cycle analysis).
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, transfers, location changes for accurate incentive calculations.
• Perform audits and analyses to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance; maintain Summary Plan Descriptions.
• Develop, maintain and provide cost modeling estimates and tracking to Finance; provide reporting on incentive plan performance.
• Participate in compensation-related projects including competitive analysis, market positioning, salary structures, data maintenance and reporting.
