Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs. You will model and analyze plans, generate communications, and partner with leadership to ensure accurate plan calculations.

The role requires strong data analytics, Excel, and Power BI skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset for a fast-paced environment. Relocation to Warroad, MN is possible with a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish, including modeling, planning, calculations, and communications.
• Deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, transfers, location changes, and job scope accuracy in incentive plan calculations.
• Perform audits, research, and analyses to determine market competitiveness and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop, maintain and provide cost modeling estimates and reporting to Finance.
• Support compensation-related projects and analyze market positioning and salary structures.
