Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to own hands-on analysis, creation, and implementation of incentive compensation programs designed to attract and retain key talent. The role focuses on modeling, planning, calculations, and communications across incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.
• Strong data analytics, HR software, Excel and Power BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish.
• Participate in the development and delivery of communications and training related to incentive programs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires/promotions/transfers and ensure accuracy in incentive calculations.
• Perform audits, research, and analyses for market competitiveness and compliance.
• Keep Summary Plan Descriptions updated and distributed to participants.
• Develop, maintain and provide cost modeling estimates to Finance.
• Provide reporting on incentive plan performance.
• Participate in compensation projects as needed.
