Job summary

FieldPulse is seeking an Implementation Advisor to lead onboarding for its most strategic accounts. You will guide multi-team customers through design, configuration, and successful go-live, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams.

You will act as a trusted advisor, conducting in-depth discovery, sharing best practices, and setting clear expectations on capabilities and timelines for complex workflows and high user counts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years in implementation, customer success, consulting, or account management.
• Experience with complex or mid-market / enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable leading calls with executives and business owners.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Able to manage multiple high-touch customers at once.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for large and complex customers, typically 21+ users.
• Manage full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff through go-live.
• Design implementation plans based on customer structure, workflow, and goals.
• Configure accounts with advanced setup including pricebook, reporting, permissions, integrations, and add-ons.
• Ensure customers are fully set up for long-term success before go-live.
• Act as a trusted advisor during implementation.
• Coordinate across internal teams and manage timelines.
• Escalate risks early to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM and internal tools.
