Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead onboarding and launch of its most complex partnerships. You will drive scope, design, and delivery from kickoff to steady-state ownership, partnering with engineering and product teams to ensure clear requirements and robust integrations.

You will manage multi-workstream programs, build strong executive relationships, and develop scalable operating models and playbooks for future partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, strategic project or program management or related fields.
• Experience onboarding and operationalizing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex strategic partnership implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with solutions engineering, product and operations.
• Translate partnerships into joint operating models, governance, and playbooks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across organizations.

Education
