Socket.dev is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide highly skilled customers through FieldPulse onboarding in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment. You’ll lead onboarding calls, adapt to client workflows, and persuade teams to embrace new technology.

Based in Dallas, TX, this full-time, in-office role partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to keep projects on track. You’ll train users, manage timelines, troubleshoot issues, and champion customer success to drive adoption and

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or similar SaaS role.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple implementations while keeping customers engaged.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience with new customers to implement FieldPulse.
• Overcome resistance to change and persuade customers to adopt new tech.
• Understand customer workflows, identify gaps, and propose tailored solutions.
• Solve problems in real time and develop workarounds when needed.
• Lead onboarding calls, product training, and best-practice sessions.
• Keep implementation on track by driving timelines and progress.
• De-escalate frustrations and maintain focus on success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize onboarding.
• Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to improve the FieldPulse experience.
