Pinnacle Promotions is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the launch and onboarding of client programs within the Corporate Accounts Department. You will serve as the central liaison between clients, sales, technology, and operations to ensure accurate, timely program launches aligned with client expectations.

The role emphasizes coordinating detailed plans, requirements gathering, and end-to-end execution across production, sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and onboarding of new client company stores from initial kickoff through successful launch.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Gather and document client requirements, brand guidelines, product specifications, inventory needs, fulfillment requirements, and program objectives.
• Translate technology solutions into clear client-facing guidance and recognize when internal teams or development resources need to be engaged.
• Coordinate product development, sourcing, artwork approvals, samples, production, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment activities.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and proactively develop solutions.
