Job summary

Pinnacle Promotions, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the launch and implementation of client programs within the Corporate Accounts department.

You will serve as the central point of coordination among clients, sales, technology and internal teams to ensure projects are launched accurately, on time, and per client expectations. Responsibilities include developing implementation plans, coordinating product development, and ensuring brand guidelines and fulfillment meet client

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or related field
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work across sales, operations and client-facing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead client and program implementation from kickoff to launch
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Gather client requirements and ensure brand guidelines and specs are met
• Coordinate product development, sourcing, artwork approvals, and fulfillment
• Identify risks and proactively develop solutions
• Partner with Sales, Technology, Operations and Accounting to transition new business
