Job summary

FutureFit AI is seeking a strategic, consultative Customer Success leader to guide complex workforce SaaS implementations and translate ambitious workforce goals into scalable solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across government, education, and industry, leading platform design, implementation, and ongoing account management through renewal and expansion.
