SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security solutions. The role requires strong discovery, communication, and team leadership skills to drive opportunities across the Territory.

You will coordinate a virtual team of presales, partner resources, and customer success to win deals and deliver value. Travel is expected; you will own the sales cycle from qualification through closing, with collaboration across marketing, channel partners, and leadership to refine

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in IT, business or sales fields.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex opportunity cycles.
• Knowledge of identity security products or IAM solutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint’s advantages to the customer.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute plans with partners and end users.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene to drive progress.
