Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. seeks an Account Executive to sell Identity Security solutions. You will be responsible for engaging prospects, understanding needs, and leading a virtual team to win deals against major competitors.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, partner collaboration, and a strong customer experience from discovery through to close. The position requires selling across a territory, coordinating marketing and channel efforts, and maintaining Salesforce hygiene

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, business, or related field.
• Successful track record in enterprise software sales and favorable quota attainment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and virtual resources to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Develop business plans aligned to assigned territory and partner ecosystem.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint advantages and differentiate from competitors.
• Own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—including RFPs and negotiations.
