SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security solutions. You will lead a virtual team of partners and resources to win deals, qualify opportunities, and craft plans that move opportunities from discovery to close.

You will work closely with leadership to refine sales strategy and drive outcomes. The role emphasizes collaboration across presales, partner management, deal desk, services, and customer success to ensure exceptional customer experiences and sustained revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or sales
• Travel about 50% yearly
• Experience selling Identity Security solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals quarterly and yearly
• Address customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions
• Develop business plans aligned to your territory
• Engage with customers and partners to maintain high service levels
• Collaborate with marketing to execute partner marketing plans
• Pursue all leads and maintain Salesforce hygiene
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages
• Follow-up with customers and post-sale team for ongoing coverage
• Own all aspects of the sales cycle from qualification to closing
• Understand the territory and communicate product strategies to customers
