Job summary

SailPoint, a leader in Identity Security, seeks a Strategic Account Executive to drive large, strategic opportunities across United States accounts. You will lead a virtual team of partners, presales, and services to deliver sales wins and strong customer success.

Role requires strong communication, competitive positioning, and a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle with forecast accuracy. Expect significant travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex opportunities.
• Ability to articulate SailPoint's value against Microsoft, Okta and Saviynt.
• Experience leading virtual teams across presales, services, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Lead account plans and collaborate with marketing and partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Coordinate with technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
