Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales of the Identity Security solution in the United States. You will lead a virtual team of partners and internal resources, qualify opportunities, and position SailPoint against competitors such as Microsoft and Okta.

The role emphasizes tailored solutions, customer experience, and close collaboration with leadership to refine go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or sales field preferred.
• Experience in enterprise software sales and strategic accounts.
• Ability to build and execute account plans and manage funnel.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Lead virtual cross-functional team to close deals with partners, presales, and services.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close and post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Channel partners for programs and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecasting.
