Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Driver's license valid in-state for 12 months with clean record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy for projects.
• Provide HVAC system solution knowledge to address customer problems.
• Assemble and coordinate acquisition team as needed for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities and plan next steps in the process.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to ensure profitable partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products.
• Ability to plan your day and visit customers.
