Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Services Account Manager in Valley View, OH. You will develop long-term customer relationships with building owners and strengthen the existing customer base by delivering total solutions for energy-efficient buildings.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, guiding customers through the buying process, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service plan renewals and expansions. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of demonstrable experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Three or more years of solution sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and target prospects.
• Lead discovery and qualify opportunities early in the sales process.
• Pursue new business with a consultative selling approach and grow existing accounts.
• Develop business cases and validate outcomes to drive customer value.
• Plan sales calls and manage activities to hit short- and long-term targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings and close deals.
