You will deliver total-building value by integrating equipment, controls and services to meet performance goals, comfort and sustainability while developing long-term relationships and solving customer problems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience or BA/BS in Arts/Sciences.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Driver license in state with no major violations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy, and integration of equipment, controls, and services.
• Provide knowledge and consultation in HVAC system solutions, including financial and performance considerations.
• Consistently ascertain customer needs and current market opportunities; coordinate acquisition team as needed.
• Convert leads into opportunities by defining the sales process, roles, and next steps.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan for a strong, profitable partnership.
• Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products.
• Plan daily visits to customers.
