Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Functional Implementation Consultant to manage client onboarding and the initial adoption of our HR solutions. You will build strong client relationships, analyze business processes, and design comprehensive WorkForce solutions for enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

You will collaborate with internal teams, learn our technology deeply, and ensure successful deployments that lead to long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in software implementations, specifically workforce management.
Gathers and identifies customer requirements, creates BRDs, use cases and diagrams.
Familiar with labor laws related to time/attendance, scheduling and leaves.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
Willingness to travel up to 25% including potential international travel.
Hybrid work in Maitland, FL or Livonia, MI.

Responsibilities

Onboard clients with exceptional experiences for each product or service implementation.
Implement WorkForce Software Technologies by analyzing systems, interfaces and processes.
Collaborate with sales and support; communicate priorities and issues with client project team.
Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and ADP teams.
