ADP is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant (HR) to lead client onboarding and successful HCM product implementations. You will combine analytics and project management to simplify complex information, leveraging ADP training and service standards to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for each solution.

The role emphasizes building trust with clients and project teams, guiding them to optimal ADP HR solutions while adapting to diverse client needs and keeping learning opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• 2+ years of experience working in HR.
• Strong client relationship skills with ability to influence and guide clients to solutions.
• Ability to identify, document and mitigate project risks with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities
