Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, seeks a Principal Implementation Consultant to guide large enterprise customers in onboarding and implementing our HR solutions. You will build trust with clients, analyze their systems, and design complex WorkForce solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

You will collaborate across sales and support teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly to ensure client success. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required, with hybrid options for some locations.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in software implementations.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, potential for international travel.
• Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce office would follow the ADP hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement WorkForce Software Technologies: analyze systems, interfaces, and processes; incorporate new approaches.
• Partner Internally: collaborate with sales and support; share priorities and issues with the client project team.
• Multi-Task & Communicate: manage time-sensitive projects and share information with clients and ADP teams.
