Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant (HR) to lead client onboarding and successful implementation of HCM products and services. You will blend analytics with project management to simplify complex information and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

You will engage with clients and project teams, build trust, and apply ADP's training guidelines to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR.
• Strong client relationship skills with ability to influence and guide the client to best solution.
• Proactive in identifying project risks and mitigating them with the team.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
• College degree is not required; experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Be a True Partner by understanding client business, building long-term trust and analyzing systems and processes.
• Collaborate across work streams to understand features and functionality challenges.
• Recommend and implement solutions based on client needs and ADP's HR offerings.
