Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced WFS Functional/Technical Consultant to support analysis and design of Workforce Software business processes in the United States. You will gather requirements, liaise with business units, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver ADP-integrated solutions.

The role includes documenting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement across multiple projects. Travel 0–100% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design.
• Professionals should have deep Workforce Software knowledge including but not limited to Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design new function business processes.
• Identify and define detailed requirements, liaise with business community, participate in user and task analysis.
• Act as subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team, engage with multiple teams, provide solutions.
