Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive end-to-end client software implementation and integration projects. You will manage contract deliverables and timelines, build strong client relationships, and ensure long-term success across various geographies and industries.

The role requires leadership in project control, risk mitigation, and profitability analysis while supporting a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience working with external customers.
• 8+ years project management experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset required to rapidly shift focus and respond to ever-changing conditions.
• Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred.
• Knowledge of software development process and cycle.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel.
• Associates should live near an ADP or WorkForce Software office would be expected to work a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, execution and analysis of project change orders and Scope of Work documents, including their estimates.
• Create internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate internally by possessing an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style to achieve support while implementing positive and successful change initiatives.
• Cultivate innovation, confidence and trust.
• Support associates with skills required for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
