Job summary

Paychex is looking for a Sales Representative in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to sell its solutions within existing and new clients. You will be expected to develop leads, review client data, and engage in regular client meetings to grow the Paychex footprint.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree and at least three years of sales experience, with strengths in accountability and adaptability. The role is complemented by a generous compensation package, including base salary and commissions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment.
• Must demonstrate strong accountability and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients to schedule quality meetings.
• Review client data using Paychex sales tools to propose Paychex solutions.
• Create proposals from meeting insights and secure client decisions.
