Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). In this role, you will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, attend our award-winning training program, and collaborate with sales teams to sell human resources solutions that improve employees' lives with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

Daily, you will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and present ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Ability to develop territory plans and meet quotas.
• Knowledge of ADP solutions is a plus.
• Military experience welcome as it helps build team and client relationships.
