Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and win new business.

You will join award-winning training and a sales team that serves both new and existing clients with high-quality HR solutions. You’ll manage multiple sales processes, present ADP solutions to HR and executive decision-makers, and build lasting client relationships while working with internal partners to drive results and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter with upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call
• Strategic Closer with quota experience in outside B2B sales
• Proven Winner who thrives under pressure and exceeds quotas
• Three years of B2B sales experience in a results-driven environment or military experience can apply

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined territory to close sales and reach goals
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients by presenting right ADP solutions
• Cross-sell across the ADP family to cultivate additional business within existing accounts
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners
