ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will close sales within a defined territory, attend our award-winning training program, and join a sales team that collaborates with clients to sell HR solutions.

You will engage with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads, and present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple deals through the sales process and celebrate success with competitive compensation and incentives.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience—skills like teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building help in client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Close sales within a defined territory to reach sales goals.
• Attend award-winning training and sell HR solutions to new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers; set appointments and present ADP solutions.
• Manage multiple sales processes across stages and document them through implementation.
• Cross-sell with ADP associates to drive additional business within existing accounts.
