Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional in San Diego to partner with existing clients and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.

You will lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers, manage a cross-functional team to deliver integrated solutions, and drive a proactive sales cycle focused on expanding relationships and revenue in a large client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into broader HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
