Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce with an integrated HR solutions platform. This consultative Sales role partners with existing clients to uncover opportunities and deliver HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions that add value and simplify operations.

You’ll lead conversations with business owners and collaborate across teams to upsell within an established client base, driving measurable impact and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into broader HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Presence and confidence engaging owners and decision-makers; able to navigate conflict.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within existing clients.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive opportunities.
