Paychex is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth within the current client base and new clients, increasing Paychex footprint. You will self-generate leads, prepare discovery, create proposals, and close sales while maintaining professional client engagement.

You will collaborate with HR Partners and attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions, processes, and services. The role emphasizes performance metrics, coaching, and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of B2B inside or outside sales experience.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.

Responsabilités

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule quality meetings daily.
• Review client data using sales tools to prepare for discovery meetings and propose solutions.
• Create proposals from meetings insights and close deals.
• Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate to close sales.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions, services, and processes.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of sales paperwork and reports.
• Continuously sharpen sales skills to achieve targets and metrics.
