Paychex, a leading provider of payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services, seeks an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional in the Maine/South Portland area. You’ll partner with existing clients to expand relationships, uncover needs, and deliver integrated HR solutions that address compliance and workforce challenges.

You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers, guide cross-functional teams, and drive upsell within a large, established client portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• 3 years in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR services, or related sectors.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Grow existing client relationships while expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities
