Job summary

Paychex, the national leader in HR, payroll and benefits, seeks an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional. This consultative role partners with existing clients to uncover opportunities and deliver integrated HR solutions addressing payroll, benefits, and compliance.

You’ll lead cross-functional conversations with business owners, upsell within an established client base, and drive measurable impact. This is a high-earning, relationship-driven career path with real growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
