Paychex is seeking an accomplished HR Solutions Sales professional to expand relationships with existing clients and deliver integrated HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. This consultative, cross-functional role focuses on uncovering client needs and driving value beyond payroll.

You’ll partner with client executives, lead value-driven conversations, and collaborate with internal teams to upsell within an established portfolio. A strong track record in B2B sales is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into broader HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Presence, adaptability and confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Leadership experience or exposure to cross-functional selling environments preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.

• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
