Paychex is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional to expand relationships with existing clients and introduce comprehensive HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. You’ll lead value-driven conversations with business owners and coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

You’ll engage in a rigorous consultative sales cycle, upsell within current client bases, and balance growth with targeted prospecting.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT, Professional Services.

• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
