Paychex is expanding its HR Solutions Sales team to help businesses navigate HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance with a consultative, cross-functional approach. You’ll partner with existing clients to uncover opportunities and deliver integrated HR solutions that drive measurable business impact.

This is a consultative role focusing on upselling within an established client base, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for career growth across sales and leadership tracks.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, and related sectors.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.
• Leadership experience or exposure to cross-functional selling environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive opportunities.
