This is a consultative sales role built for experienced sellers who can connect HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance to deliver real value to clients.

You’ll partner with existing clients to uncover opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and navigate a broad portfolio of HR solutions that help businesses manage risk and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll into HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
