HR Solutions Sales focuses on partnering with existing clients to deliver integrated HR solutions and navigate HR, compliance, and workforce

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT, or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.

Education

Associate's Degree - Preferred
