HR Solutions Sales is a consultative, cross-functional role focused on helping businesses navigate HR, compliance, and workforce challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative conversations beyond payroll into HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs.
• Experience engaging business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and tailor solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated client-focused outcomes.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expansion within existing clients.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive new opportunities.
