Qualifications

• What you must have: 3 years of inside or outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT or Professional Services.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your existing client base.
