Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional in Huntsville, AL to expand relationships and deliver integrated HR solutions. You’ll partner with existing clients to uncover opportunities and drive value across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

This consultative role requires senior-level sales experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of building trusted advisor relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Leadership experience or exposure to cross-functional selling environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within existing clients.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
