Paychex is expanding its HR solutions sales team in Huntsville, AL, seeking seasoned sellers to build lasting client relationships and deliver integrated payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. You will lead consultative conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and tailor solutions, while partnering across internal teams to maximize value and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Accountability level required (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
