Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional in the Bucks County area to expand relationships with existing clients and deliver integrated HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. You will lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers, uncover challenges, and align Paychex services to drive value and retention.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
Experience leading consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Grow existing client relationships while expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
Lead consultative conversations with owners and leaders to uncover challenges and align Paychex solutions.
Partner across internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused outcomes.
Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within your client base.
Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
