Job summary

Paychex in Bellevue, WA is seeking a seasoned HR Solutions Sales professional to expand relationships, drive adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions, and deliver real business impact.

You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners, collaborate across teams, and manage a cross-functional sales cycle focused on upselling within an existing client base, with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales
• Experience across Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, IT or Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive opportunities
