Paychex is transforming how businesses manage their workforce with payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services on a single platform. We are expanding relationships by partnering with existing clients to deliver integrated HR solutions addressing HR, compliance, and workforce challenges.

The role focuses on growing client relationships, selling ASO solutions, and leading consultative discussions with business owners to uncover needs and align Paychex solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in complex or solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations beyond payroll.
• Strong business acumen to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Presence and confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused outcomes.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive opportunities.
